Koneetiv Academy is published by Koneetiv (Groupe Reej). This page describes the data processed by the learning application; the general policy of the website also applies: koneetiv.com/politique-de-confidentialite (in French).
During the trial without an account: nothing leaves your browser. Your trial progress is stored locally (localStorage) on your device; erasing it (“Leave the trial”, or clearing your browsing data) deletes it permanently. If you create an account, it is transferred to that account.
With an account (email + password): your email address, your first name and avatar, your progress (XP, completed lessons, exam results, badges) and your usage time (session length, time spent per lesson and per module) are hosted by Supabase, in the European Union (region eu-west-3, Paris). Your password is never stored in plain text (it is hashed by the authentication service). Each account can only access its own data (RLS rules).
Solely to provide the training: logging you in, keeping your progress in sync across all your devices, issuing your certificates and diplomas, and measuring how the courses are used in order to improve them (time is only counted while the tab is visible and you are using it). No advertising, no third-party trackers, no resale of data.
For as long as your account exists. Deleting the account immediately and permanently erases everything: account, profile, progress, usage time, certificates.
Access, rectification (profile menu → “Edit my profile”), erasure (profile menu → “Delete my account”), portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority). For any request: rgpd@reej-consulting.com.
Each profile keeps its own progress: XP, badges, certifications and reviews.
/rewind restores the code and/or the conversation./rewind (or Esc twice) restores an earlier state. If you had asked Claude to make a commit: “go back to the last commit”. Good habit for next time: “make a commit” before any big change./memory): they are re-read at every session. For an action that must happen every single time, use a hook./compact summarises it to free up space; for a new topic, use /clear and start fresh. The rule: one conversation = one task./mcp to see its status. Most often the authentication has expired → sign in again.
